These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phchas website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the phchas Platform.
By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on phchas, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. phchas reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the phchas Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
phchas reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on phchas. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested by phchas. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.
phchas is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
phchas shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided during registration. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all account details are correct and up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phchas account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
phchas will never ask you for your password or OTP via any channel, including live chat, email, or phone. Any communication purporting to be from phchas that requests your password or OTP should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You agree to notify phchas immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phchas shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. phchas reserves the right to suspend any account that it reasonably believes has been compromised.
phchas accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered phchas account holder — are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. phchas reserves the right to change minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
All transactions on phchas are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phchas is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your phchas wallet instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. phchas is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
phchas complies with Philippine AML laws. Deposits that appear inconsistent with normal gaming activity may be flagged for review. phchas reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds and to delay or refuse processing of any deposit pending such review.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. phchas does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phchas reserves the right to adjust this threshold with notice.
phchas reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Any balance found to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited in full.
phchas offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, daily login rewards, and VIP program benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
phchas actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. phchas reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where abuse is detected.
phchas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform and will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the change.
All games available on the phchas Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.
phchas uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. phchas does not manipulate game outcomes and is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, phchas reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. phchas shall not be liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical failure beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phchas Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the phchas Platform — including but not limited to the phchas brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of phchas or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any phchas intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phchas content without prior written consent from phchas. Unauthorized use of phchas intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phchas and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
phchas's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phchas account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phchas does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
phchas collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on phchas, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phchas complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Your continued use of the phchas Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phchas Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact phchas support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phchas will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
